RECONNECTION SESSION
Reconnect back to yourself and back to God. These sessions you'll discover blindspots, release stuck emotions, and purify negative energy. Some refer to these sessions as 'energetic coaching'. My intention is to help reduce stress, help you ground / recenter, and to get you into your body that way you can receive clarity and feel whole again - through God.
This is a 60 minute session. We will connect over the phone or zoom. After your session, I will oftentimes email you some highlights/themes.
Payment via Venmo or Zelle. I just ask that you pay before your session.

VOXER SUPPRT
This offering includes one month of Voxer support, approx 90 minutes of my time. You can send voice notes or texts through the app and I'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. You can send questions, situations, needed advice, etc. As things come to me, I'll share insights, questions to think about, inspiration, prayers etc. It's a beautiful way to keep momentum, to have continuous support, and / or to be held accountable.
This begins June 1st and ends June 30th. Limited spots available.

These will be weekly 45 min sessions over the phone or zoom for 6 weeks. I will email you a recap after each session.
These sessions will help you to discover blindspots, release stuck emotions, and purify negative energy. Each session will get your closer to your intention, get you into your body and more connected to God. By week six, you'll not only feel but SEE the growth!
Payment can be made all upfront or half upfront, half later.
