VIRTUAL SESSIONS
This is an offering to connect 1:1. Whatever you may be needing support with in that moment, I’ll follow your lead. I work with your energy from the moment we begin. As always, my intention is to help reduce stress, help you ground / recenter, and to get you into your body.
Many need to speak to move the energy and a handful need to rest in meditation. Either way, healing is occurring. This journey is between you and God, I’m the in between.
This is a 60 minute session. We will connect over the phone or zoom. After your session, I will oftentimes email you some highlights/themes.
Payment via Venmo or Apple Pay. I just ask that you pay before your session.

ADD-ON OPTION
For 1-month, you’ll get support over Voxer, a communication app. Please allow 24 hours for a response, Monday-Friday 10am-4pm CT. The amount covers approx. 60-90 min of my time.

PACKAGES - AVAILABLE IN THE FALL
There are three different package options - three weeks, five weeks or seven weeks. Each session is custom to meet you where you’re at. You can do once a week or spaced out. With consistency, the deeper we can go.
Group healing
I use my intuition & God to guide a group through a meditative journey.
Each gathering has its own theme depending on what’s needed and the occasion.
My intention is to move energy, calm the nervous system, and allow each person to expand enough to receive whatever it is they needing to receive.
